At WantNot, we do not believe in wasted goods, we don’t believe in items becoming trashed when they can actually be of great use to someone else. We are a Community Interest Company (CIC) located in the North East, founded on a very basic concept that good furniture should never be sent to landfill and good people should never go without.
Why We Exist
In case you are shifting house or cleaning up someplace it is cumbersome to give off extra furniture. Scrap yards are expensive and charities usually say no. Stuff that can be used perfectly, finds its way into the landfill and another person goes without a bed, table and fridge nearby.
That is where WantNot comes to the rescue.
We are an organization that takes in preloved furniture and reuses them. What you no longer use might exactly be what somebody needs.
