How do I arrange a Quote?
Contact us through email, WhatsApp, or by calling our office/mobile. Our staff will guide you through the process. It’s advisable to reach out just after selling your house or before securing a rental property to ensure ample time for preparation.
What time do you arrive on the day?
We typically arrive between 8-9 am, but every move is unique. Upon quotation and 48 hours before moving, you’ll receive a detailed move plan with specific times.
How long will my move take?
Move durations vary; some take 2-3 days, while others can be completed within hours. After our surveyor assesses your needs, you’ll receive a quote with optional extras, and we’ll discuss the timeline with you.
How do I pay?
Upon quote acceptance, a percentage is taken as a deposit via BACS to secure the date. Full payment is processed 48 hours before the move, or cash payment can be made on the day.
